Payment Options

Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time treatment is rendered, unless other arrangements have been made.

Dental Insurance

We will determine your coverage prior to proceeding with major treatment, and submit claims to your dental insurer in order to maximize your benefits. Claims are sent electronically to make the process as fast and efficient as possible. If your insurance carrier accepts direct deposit, most claims are paid to you within one or two business days. Otherwise cheques sent through regular mail are generally received within one week.

Cancellations and Missed Appointments

As a busy dental office with a full wait-list, we appreciate your consideration of other patients. Therefore, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancelled appointments. If less than 48 hours is given, a $75 charge will added to your invoice at the time of your next appointment. Your dental insurance does not provide payment for missed appointments.
